Working At Heights
Working at heights comes with inherent risks, no matter the industry or specific job. It is important for all individuals who work at heights, whether it’s on a construction site, a rooftop, or a scaffold, to be aware of potential hazards and how to respond in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, due to inadequate training and knowledge, an estimated 2.78 million fatalities (approximately 10% of workplace deaths) occur each year from working at heights incidents. Next World’s VR Working at Heights training focuses on ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both practical and theoretical foundations. Trainees will be dropped into an immersive job site and asked to conduct an in-depth hazard detection and mitigating module. They will access the risks stemming from these hazards and provide answers on how to implement correct control measures.

Why Choose Immersive Learning?
Our VR training courses are built from the ground up to offer the most immersive training experience possible. Because of this deep user immersion, VR training has been proven to result in much higher retention rates – up to 80% one year after training, compared to just 20% from traditional training methods.
Immersive learning helps build confidence in trainees abilities and prepares them for real-world situations by allowing them to practice and test their skills in challenging scenarios. A recent PwC study found VR training increased the confidence of participants by 275%.
In addition to providing an immersive and engaging training environment, VR allows trainees to experience the consequences of poor safety while they train and practice their skills in high danger scenarios without any of the normal risks or costs.
